PROJECT FEATURES:

iE was contracted to design, build, and develop the first green multi storey building in Belize achieving standards encourage by the US Green Building Council at a budget of $8.5BZ million dollars. This class “A” office building brings awareness of sustainable design by incorporating eco-friendly construction methodologies, the use of recycled materials in the structure and recoverable service systems within the building. This project was completed in a record 11 months on time and within budget.
