PROJECT FEATURES: 

iE was contracted to provide design & build services for the rehabilitation of BTL Park which values BZ$1.7 million-dollars. The project included developing a park that would revitalize the urban use and provide a destination for local activity with economic opportunity. Twenty-three (23) small businesses were created and the park was upgraded with landscaping and drainage infrastructure, pedestrian walkways, food court plazas, a pedestrian pier, public restroom facilities and a performance theatre. The project was completed within budget and was successfully identified as a template for urban park development in Belize by the Belize City Council.
